Self contained one bedroom apartment . - Not a basement. Plenty of light. - Great location. Ditch your car. Everything you need is 5 min away including the Go station and Lake Ontario. - This place is suited for a maximum of 2 people. You will find the following: - Faster internet - a full complete kitchen - a bedroom. - a washroom, - washer and dryer. - Iron & Iron board - HWY 401 is minutes away - Go station is 5 min away. - internet based TV service with more than a thousand channels to choose from, as well as movies - chromecast - a toaster - a kettle - a microwave, - an oven - A juice maker - plaza across the street with a grocery store LCBO, Tim, Subway etc…. Happy to have you. You will have access to your own entrance. I will be available to offer help throughput your stay. I am excited to have you. Quiet neighbourhood. A few minutes walk from a park, Lake Ontario and trails. Everything you need is closed by: shops, restaurants, movie theatres, coffee shops and much, much more. Public transit bus is a short walk away, Go station is at 5 min walk, easy access to both Hwy 401 & 407 Disclosure: This a shared duplex with tenants upstairs. To keep things comfortable, we have recently installed soundproofing under the upstairs laminated flooring to minimize noise transfer. That said, this is still shared accommodation and you may hear occasional light footfall, water running through pipes etc. The vast majority of our guests have no issues. However, if you are someone who needs complete silence, this might not be the best fit.
